My studies are being affected by the mismanagment.

@HPSupport Well I am very tired of waiting another So I wait 48 hours just to get told to wait another 48 hours. Remind you this isn't the first time when I'm being told to wait this long. I want commitments.

@HP @HPIndia @HPSupport Fyi, my victus laptop stopped working on 22nd june and its been 8 days since technician been assigned. I have recieved no phone calls or messages. While talking to customer care, they say to wait 48 hours. I have enough of your company.
