I couldn’t sex it away, I couldn’t work it away , I couldn’t drink it away, you have to get down in dirty with yourself where it’s dark and lonely! Find out what truly makes you feel bad and better yet what truly makes you happy —2️⃣1️⃣
Letting go of certain people/things to better yourself hurts in the beginning, can be difficult in the middle, but feels so damn good in the end 2️⃣1️⃣
Imagine being a high functioning professional and suffering from mental health issues… and because you are great at what you do people downplay how u feel
