AFC and FIFA have extended the deadline given to the NSC (National Sports Council) to revoke its decision of 25 March concerning the suspension of the ANFA, the All Nepal Football Federation 🇳🇵

The governing bodies are determined to ensure the electoral process goes ahead at all costs (and thus the re-election of Pankaj Bikram Nembang), even if this means failing to secure the necessary amendments to the federation’s statutes

As a reminder, football in Nepal is in a state of decline, but the quest for power remains very much alive
