Look, I get it…I REALLY do. Just let it play out. Next two games will be rough with the injuries, but getting healthy when our schedule gets easier is reason for optimism. The most disappointing part of all of this is not really knowing what we look like when healthy. That Pitt games was such awful weather it’s hard to judge anything. CFB is a roller coaster.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@GoldenKnight_II @RBJHarvey7 We’re 3-2 with two losses to two top 25 teams on the road….we’ve only had our QB1 for two games and haven’t seen WR1 this year. Next two games are tough then considerably easier just as you get healthy. I wouldn’t say we’re on track for a losing season.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@triumphbeats @RBJHarvey7 That’s not it at all. You transition to a Power conference while the NIL madness hits along with having to fire Gus. Empty cupboard that we’re rebuilding. Asking for a touch of patience, while enduring massive injuries, isn’t too much to ask.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@gregauman @Talkin_Bucs Love had the most QB hits in the league, by 8, coming into this game. We didn’t get any pressure. Time for a change.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@TheKnightUCF Of course he’d be worth paying to keep, but if he’s really good can you afford $6-7 million for him? That’s how this thing works. It’s just the reality of CFB. It sucks and is nothing like it used to be.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@CSG_UCF Should be getting AB3 back and potentially the season debut of WR1 for that game too. Oh, also the same timeline for LB1 to return.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@TheKnightUCF If Rocco turn out to be really good, you think he doesn't cost a boat load of money to keep? Then you're right back to where we are. Not enough money to go around. CFB has changed dramatically since the DG era, no sense in comparing the two.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@UCFfan642 @TheKnightUCF AB3 injury was a hamstring (non-contact). Jenkins looks like he had massive calf cramps(non-contact). I would argue our QBs are not really taking many hits this year.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@JRogersUCFAlum A rational take within an irrational fan base.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@RBJHarvey7 Absolutely awful weather game. Be more irrational.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@jxplosive21 @gregauman They've played the Browns and Vikings, both have terrible offenses. Let's see what this looks like after a little bigger sample size.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@sadesrochers @JAHattaway @SonsofUCF The offensive line was good last night. QB wasn’t pressured, which made his errant passes even worse. Opened up plenty of holes for the run game.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@JonSwiftUCF In fairness, I'm not sure that saying his QB was awful is the best approach either. He's talking to the media, not to his assistants in private.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@UCF_uncut @BisonGaming3334 Agreed, I think he’ll start versus Georgia State but I also think Annett will get playing time.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@UCF_uncut @BisonGaming3334 He was outplayed by Annett by all accounts in the spring and fall camps. It all comes down to experience and if they think that won’t be a problem for Annett.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@dg_723 @JRogersUCFAlum Plenty of film on Jenkins, I don’t think ‘animal’ comes to mind, but competent does. Would rather see Annett.

[Specter @DemonFramed]

These women make six figures sending meaningless emails while the average man is contemplating blowing his brains out.

What a sick world we’ve created.

[KnightLightz @this_place02]

@EliteEmpireATH You brought in Rocco to develop and Annett looks like he could be surprisingly good as well. It looks like that's exactly what we are doing. This is essentially year 1 in this era. Now, can you keep them if you develop them is the question. CFB kind of sucks right now.
