@fraaro That’s a good solution too, but I do think recovery time is not static and something that can often be worked on. Maybe getting a particular rutine after an interruption or similar.

@fraaro It's a lot more frustrating and difficult to try to prevent interruption than working on how to recover from them. It'll always seem worse too if the morning mindset is to work uninterrupted in this environment. It's like hoping to fish without getting wet.
