It's annoying that the responsible team/person is not reachable on the phone or resolving the issue on time. oh by the way no body called me back on the previous issue.
@EmiratesNBD_AE Hello again, writing here as I did not get a solution for my second issue. which is the WU transfer MTCN not sent after transfer. over 30 hours and spoke to customer support twice [ref: 17509799580] no solution yet, why do I have to support due to bad app/web app?
