@erinasimon I FEELLLLLLLLL this last part. It seems to always be the people doing the work who bring the passion every day always struggle because the money counters are always disconnected from the product. Support from the C-level suites makes or breaks good products, and that's a shame.

@WebbDZN Not to mention, they touch a different audience than the player's fan base. Designers have a whole niche of people that they, alone, interact with and bring to the table for a brand. A brand with fire designers outclasses a talented esports roster every day of the week.
