@ATT, I was a longtime customer of your services extending back to the days of Cingular and you left me NO CHOICE but to leave. In 2023 I went into your Brea, Ca store with my ex-partner to upgrade our iPhones. Apparently there was a line added to our account we did not request.
@ATT And then your @ATT Air internet stopped working in my new apartment. We visited the Brea store, and your employee told me there was not much that could be done (he also said we should continue to contest that third line). I cancelled @ATT Air my account should have been cleared.
@ATT While he was unable to adjust my account for all the years I had that third line, he did say he would reimburse me for the bill I received in January even when the third account should have been cancelled in December. I told them all O wanted was @ATT internet on my bill.
@ATT I requested that account be cancelled immediately and was even told that since this was an account that was activated without our request and it remained inactive (no activity on the line because we were completely unaware the line existed) I might be eligible for a! adjustment.
@ATT When I spoke to your Loyalty Rep, she rudely told me that I signed the contract and it didn’t matter. She even did the customer service son of asking me “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” I told her I would talk to someone else. The next person I spoke to did help.
@ATT In December of 2024 I went to your Anaheim location on Lincoln Ave to get internet service provided to my new address I was moving into. I was told by your employee that the old service would discontinue when the new service started. That was not true.
@dreamcloudsleep So get your act together @dreamcloudsleep. Update us on our order. Apologize for the appalling lack of communication, throw in a NICE discount, and make sure my mattress is delivered as promptly as possible.
@dreamcloudsleep ordered our mattress on 20th. Specifically chose your brand because of “fast” shipping. Seven days later and no mattress and no update. Called twice and no one could tell me anything. Beyond disappointed. How do you plan on making this right?
@dreamcloudsleep Paid a lot of money to receive a mattress for my new apartment so I wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor. Yesterday I was told I’d be called back with an update in the morning. Never heard back. Had to call again and your employer said the same thing.
@dreamcloudsleep@dreamcloudsleep I’m already not happy with the communication. I’m not happy with the lack of mattress. I’m not happy with being told I’d receive a call back and not getting that courtesy. If you don’t make this right, we’ll take our money elsewhere. We’ll want a complete refund.
