@TalviOnline @PetlogUK Ozzy was a rescue too and the rescue have been in contact on my behalf and they still haven't changed it, I don't understand what the issue is 🫤 just want the correct info to be on there as per the law!

I / the rescue been trying to change keepership for my dog for months & no-one responds to emails at @PetlogUK . Online form doesn't work so can't even pay to do it myself. So if lost, found and scanned will he be returned to the people who were trying to give him away online?!

Would love to know why an engineer from @virginmedia turned up to my nan's house to fix fault then buggered off telling her 'someone else is coming, don't tell them I was here'?? No one else turned up and she still has no phone line?!
