I disagree with the conclusion. It seems to assume that women earn less because they’re less willing to climb the career ladder. That’s a big assumption. Income isn’t determined only by promotions—many high earners build wealth through businesses, investments, consulting, or highly specialized roles. Career ambition doesn’t look the same for everyone, regardless of gender.
