@TicketmasterCS I paid to see Harlem Globetrotters and extra for the Magic Pass. When I got to the venue, I was told the Magic Pass session had already happened. Myself and others had not received an email from TicketMaster stating we needed to arrive earlier. It's in the venue manager's report.
