@cvspharmacy had a prescription that came in right before the 1:30 lunch break- one tech told me too bad it’s not ready, the other looked up my order and filled it without making me wait. How can I make sure the one who helped gets recognition!

What is the point of appointments @HRBlock if you’re people are not on time? I value my time even if you don’t and 20 minutes after my scheduled time is unacceptable.
