@DenisPhillipsWx Tree in St Pete took out my power. Live wires in yard. Next door neighbors car just crushed by a large oak tree limb. Wind here can be intense.
All joking aside, these storms are not a joke. Even after 30+ years of living through them, they still scare the **** out of me. Nature's fury is not a joke.
As for the opposum, he was old and probably looking for a place to let out his final breaths. May the little guy rest in peace and his passing be easy. And thanks Vernon for taking him in. 2/2
So...my morning started off different. I found a dying old opposum on my pool deck and took him to a local wildlife rehab where I chatted with Vernon Yates (ever seen Tiger King?). Fascinating guy, seriously. Think he needs to write a book. 1/2
