Prime Minister Goldman Sachs wants Canadians to believe that his drastic increase in military spending will not be used to enrich U.S. military contractors, but the evidence contradicts him.

Canada is now locked into a $1.1 billion purchase of the U.S. HIMARS system.

Even worse, the range of the HIMARS rockets is a mere 480 kilometers. Against whom will these systems be deployed?

For the HIMARS systems to have any utility, the systems will have to be deployed overseas.

In other words, they will not be used to defend the sovereign territory of Canada. Rather, they will be stationed far from Canada’s shores and will be used to facilitate U.S. wars of aggression abroad.
