@MrALott @SundayShare10 Transfer possession into your box. Your team play out a new 5v1 (for example) and so on.

Can add more boxes, bigger distances, goals, channels. Can develop a full session with it

@MrALott @SundayShare10 I’ll try to dig out one of my videos. Effectively it’s 2 10x10 (size can vary) boxes 3-5 yards apart.

Teams in each box, play into one and play out a 5v1 (for example) and after each 5th pass, a new defender goes in. 5v2 5v3 etc.
