Alan Carr’s Special Recognition Award surprise reveal is the CAMPEST THING I have ever seen. Paloma Faith rising from the coffin? Exceptional. #NTAs

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@KirstyLMitchell @weavingshorror @BBCCasualty @OfficialNTAs you look STUNNING!! ⭐️

[jess @madgekin]

!!!!!!!!!

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@madgekin this is SO good!!!

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@stevienashh deep down, i knew that they wouldn’t have any holby appearances/mentions, but as you said, it would have made PERFECT sense! i’m genuinely gutted 😭

[mills @thisismiltrying]

only thing that would have made this better is a jac naylor cameo. oh wait… #casualty #casualty40

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@leighbooker so do i 🥲

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@C_J_PhD no exactly! with the location moving, it would have been a really nice opportunity to have a final crossover

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@FlopsyPickle yes! she had a brain tumour and ultimately died of a stroke in the last episode 😭 i was gutted and still refuse to believe it happened

[mills @thisismiltrying]

#casualty is such a special show

[mills @thisismiltrying]

huge congratulations to everyone involved in tonight’s casualty!! a true representation of everything the show does best 💛 #casualty #casualty40

[BBC Casualty @BBCCasualty]

There when they needed each other the most #Casualty40

[Erin Zammitt @_erinz_]

This Dylan and Charlie scene has absolutely floored me every time I’ve watched it - simply devastating work from Will Beck, and the greatest possible use of wonderful Derek Thompson in his return #Casualty #Casualty40

[mills @thisismiltrying]

tonight has been an acting MASTERCLASS. eli lawless, will beck, the whole cast - INCREDIBLE #casualty #casualty40

[mills @thisismiltrying]

@TweetieeTy honestly same! i refuse to watch anything to do with her exit - she moved away from holby to be happy with emma in my head 🥲

[mills @thisismiltrying]

it’s been 4 years and i’m still not over it. clearly. #bringbackholbycity

[mills @thisismiltrying]

will beck is such a talent. phenomenal stuff from him as always #casualty #casualty40
