@soulmatesSNS I love S-Billy, I'm glad they didn't go making him super serious, and I LOVE his animations and combat style. Very fun, tons of sustain, tons of interesting mechanics. 10/10. I'm not worried about story content, since he had a fairly strong arc in the same story with Prom.

@Joe__Almighty @AtlasKP @SonicFox That's all well and good but CB is a major. It would suck for people who don't have a chance to lab against this, especially playing solo, to have to deal with people who have an abundance of time to invest in it and are already duo'd up. Fairness is important!

@SonicFox C'mon Sonic, this is fair. If a new fuse drops that incentivizes team play and people feel they're losing out by not playing duos, it sucks for the people who entered as solo but would've done otherwise had this dropped before. If it was earlier, CB could've compensated requests.
