@JumiaNGHelp Dear Shindara the item of focus is the CeraVe product Foaming Cleanser and Moisturizing cream. That's the item that has deliberately refused to be delivered to me till date. And I paid for two items only The ordinary was delivered. Why?????? No clear answer still

It's appears that Jumia @JumiaNigeria now uses it's Jumia pay to channel scam, I have used that payment channel to order for a good and since the 20th of Nov. Till date there's no clue where my item is to be delivered.

I'm the last 2 weeks I've followed up consistently, and no one on their team can give me clear reasons why items I've paid for have not been delivered. @JumiaNigeria @Jumia_Group the customer reps are even incompetent with saying lies.
