@Canon_India Bought a new Canon G4780 a few days ago. For a high end printer, the quality is not good. When I scan any images or paintings/sketches or print photos, the colours are all washed out. If i change settings to high, print is getting dark and not legible. Please help

@Canon_India Hi @Canon_India, someone came to check printer today. says canon wont print true colours. It will be different. He is asking us to print on glossy paper. when we use photo paper, he says kodak isnt good. Why will we get a 20k printer if it cant print colours closer to original?

@Canon_India I did reach out & a technician looked at the printer. He is justifying the quality and saying thats how it would be. I previously had HP smartseries 530 which costed half of this G4780 and it had colours close to real pictures and images. Canon is supposed to be better at quality
