It is now Day-8 since I placed the order in what was supposed to be an overnight delivery and my order is still not delivered. Even your customer care team says no idea when the order will be delivered.
What a shame!

@AmazonHelp I placed an order on @amazonIN on 07Aug, was supposed to be delivered in 1 day on 08Aug, still not delivered by 13Aug.
No contact from Delivery person. No proper response from Customer care except "please wait". This is unprofessional behavior
Can you please help?

Y are govt services so difficult!
I applied on https://t.co/tFE7Il6IZw.
1st rejected, upload affidavit but no place to upload it & not in list of docs.
2nd didn't modify anything, rejected "apply in different tehsil"
3rd, rejected with upload full doc but max size allowed is 1MB.
