@OskeeMoose @mitchgilfillan It was the last days of a Chelsea's Law trial. An attorney doesn't just leave a trial at the end. TSJ's judge was soft and wouldn't delay the start by just 2 days or allow all the testimony/affidavits from the Illinois investigation. Witness stories changed.

@mitchgilfillan The assistant DA and DA Valdez were to prosecute it, but the judge wouldn't delay the case 2 day due to a prior case they were on being delayed from the week prior due the defendant getting sick.

The GA said several girls came up to TSJ. One girl, Lexi was around him off and on thru the night. Could have been the girl grinding on him, but was the one he had sex with. He testified different in court.

Him being charged by the State is not her going after him for $. She gets nothing out of it.

Also, TSJ wasn't found innocent by the jury. The State didn't prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...so the verdict was not guilty. Not the same thing.

The DNA experts said it was trace DNA and so small it was below the test kits testing threshold and not sure if even DNA or background noise. Everyone has trace DNA on them..even you. Doesn't mean you had sex with multiple dudes.

Secondly, the girls were not seeking $. That has been a lie since first got charged. The texts were about $ either.

They were celebrating him getting charged after 3 mo nothing else. They made the accts private after the case and his side leaked their names #'s.

@kpmac There wasn't any DNA found in/out the vagina. It was the inner thigh and buttocks. The levels were all below the testing kits thresholds, and not even certain if even DNA. The defense witness looked at data below the allowed range of the kit, which is not accurate data.
