@WestPineBills There’s no such thing as a ”walk-on” anymore. Under the House settlement there is a roster limit of 15 & all players count against it. It’s a hard cap with a couple very limited exceptions. SLU currently has 16 players rostered so they must already be utilizing an exception.

@b_miklasz What about the risk of a lengthy work stoppage next season? If they added him to the ML roster now would that preclude his ability to play in the minors (and continue to develop) next season during the work stoppage? Am I overthinking this?
