What terrible service from @cathaypacific. Flight from Cebu to HK cancelled, they didn’t inform anyone until check-in. Then provided no help to find a hotel or transfer. At the same time EVA Air provided transfer and accommodation for their pax. Shame on @cathaypacifichk

@tripperhead Care homes are known to over book beds (much like airlines do for flights) I’ve been told that they routinely take residents to hospital with mild illness to make spaces for new residents. Asymptomatic Covid seems like a perfect excuse to do this..
