@SW_Help Hi South Western, can you explain why you locked the carriages at Southampton station on the cancelled 07.20 Poole to Waterloo service without checking all passengers had disembarked. My mother with severe mobility issues was locked in which was incredibly distressing.

@SW_Help Hi, no, my Mum had to bang on the door to be let out. The staff member who opened the door was not at all helpful or apologetic. She has now had to endure a horribly overpacked train from Southampton. An awful experience start to finish.

@theJeremyVine Exactly same thing happened to me (Halifax in my case). They set up a debit & credit card. It was all cancelled but damaged my credit rating until they got round to correcting it on my file.
