small herdr experiment

naturally as my agents are doing my job (at least one ticket at a time), i still have to figure out which ticket to give them next. was tired of going to the browser to check all my tickets.

ended up extending herdr and herdr-jira

now my tickets just sit in the sidebar and stare at me until i give one to an agent

still rough, but i kinda like this workflow

open to thoughts, feedback and roasts
