Everyone asks it. Here's our formula: https://t.co/6nsspqHP8H

Before anyone shares anything, they run an unconscious cost-benefit calculation:

Benefit to me or my audience - effort to share

Win that equation, and you grow. No matter what platform.

Most founders obsess over features and funnels. But the real leverage is in understanding what makes people want to share in the first place.

A classic from @JamesCurrier on the 8 psychological principles that tip the scale:

There is a new industrial revolution coming in energy, physical AI, and materials.

Remaking this layer will change how everyone builds with AI.

Something that didn't make it into our "Screenless Startup" piece: The fascinating history of "invisible technology" in Silicon Valley.

From proto-iPads to AI agents -- an active subculture has always believed technology should deliver value, then get out of the way.

Software used to fight for your attention. Every app. Every notification. Every screen.

That was the product. Now the best AI products don’t ask for your attention — they remove the need for it.

We are now deploying intelligence at scale.

This changes the software game entirely. It's not a bigger version of SaaS -- it's a different game with stakes 100x larger.

The longevity breakthrough isn't supplements or biohacking.

It's about technologies that can renew organs and push human lifespan to 160+.

[NFX @NFX]

We wanted to capture on video the importance of fundraising seasonality.

Attention pools at certain times of year and decisions move faster in the hot windows. The best founders know how to use that rhythm to their advantage.

The old marketing playbook feels dated. Channels are saturated, expensive, inauthentic...

But we're seeing startups scale faster than ever with leaner teams, and no traditional sales.

There’s a new GTM playbook. https://t.co/iyksUx0uf1
