Took part in my first ever marathon event by doing a 10-mile urban run at @runcolfax for my non profit @MentallyUnited_ & OH MY GOD!!!! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE 🥹🥹

Thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Manifesting my first half marathon run next year & then hopefully a full marathon in 2026💪🏽🧿

This past weekend we ran a campaign - "Running For Wellness" at the @runcolfax (Colfax Denver Marathon) and had an incredible time connecting with the community and passing out our Mentally United Wellness Resources!

According to @9NEWS Denver, nearly 25,000 runners took part in the two-day event, making it the biggest race in the city’s history.

Our Executive Director,@thisiszeeshan_ , also took on the Urban 10 Mile run, showcasing his dedication to both physical and mental wellness.
