Waiting is not easy. We feel exhausted at times, on the verge of giving up. We may even lower our expectations. But we have to press on because only You know when the time is right. Almighty. Keep our faith firm while waiting, trusting You always.
My wife and I have spent the past six days in the hospital, going through one of the most difficult moments of our lives.
Sadly, despite all efforts our baby could not survive. We have been discharged from the hospital, and she will now continue her healing and recovery at home.
Seeing her go through such horrific pain and knowing that there was nothing I could do to take it away was one of the most painful experiences of my life.
The pain of undergoing a surgical procedure
is huge, but having to endure that pain while also losing a child is a different kind of heartbreak that words can hardly explain.
WOMEN deserve all the RESPECT 🙏❤️
Former West Bromwich Albion player Quevin Castro has passed away aged 25.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family during this extremely difficult time.
RIP, Quevin. 💔

Your help will mean so much to me.

The Quran has 114 chapters, 77,430 words, and 323,015 letters.
Here is a young lady who memorized all of it with flawless precision, and you think that kind of brain is someone a blockhead like you can mock? How many of your so-called business pastors have memorized 60% of the Bible? Not to talk of memorizing everything.
I have seen so many ridiculous comments about the success of this young lady since yesterday. I just decided to keep mute about. Like you all have completely lost your minds.
“Oh, why not science. Her mates are winning and designing systems, robots, and here she is stuck with religion yen yen yen 🤡.
What have you built, Mr Albert Einstein of Nigeria? Yes, You. I am talking to you.
Only to make noise on social media.
Many of you think you can outsmart people like this in western education? Like someone who could master the Quran with excellence and you think one James from X app can outsmart her? You must be joking.
Let me tell you haters something. This lady has more benefits to the Nigerian society than many of you. It is hatred that is pushing many of you out of your senses.
I have kept mute since yesterday, but with this level of hatred, I am convinced you people need someone who will put you in your place.

UPDATE: Maryam has been remanded in Suleja Prison until August 31.
What makes this even more disturbing is that Maryam is a final year university student, scheduled to begin her final examinations this Saturday. A student who should be preparing to finish her degree is instead being locked behind bars. This is beyond cruel. It is a disgrace.
Nigerians what is your breaking point?
