@VerizonBusiness Because of Angels neglect and spending over 16 hours on the phone with normal customer service, we have decided to disconnect all 4 of our accounts even though only one was having trouble. #smallbusnesstechnology

@VerizonBusiness Its important that all restaurants and small businesses that rely on internet do not use Verizon Services. Not only has Angel left us for over a month without operational internet, she has allowed us to be continued to be charged for it.

Angela @VerizonBusiness claims she could not assist unless I was at the physical location of our other restaurant to provide the IMEI number of that router. There is nothing in her system that would allow her to determine which router was at which restaurant.

@VerizonBusiness If we didn’t make that move, we would have not been able to operate. Because of Verizon internet, we were unable to receive online orders, door dash orders, process online payments, play music in our dining room and did not receive bank deposits for 7 days.

@VerizonBusiness she has since sent several emails claiming she is on vacation AGAIN, and therefore unable to find a solution to our router not working. Because of her lack of time management and people skills, we had to sign up for another service to provide internet.
