Dear @HMWSSBOnline @GHMCOnline There are open manholes (construction work) going on near Abids circle (near Blue Sea restaurant). Not a single caution board or red flags. Lot of children and elderly visit this place. Though the pits aren't deep, but sure to cause injuries.
