Iranian hairstylist Ami Moghadam received death threats for posting videos of women receiving haircuts on Instagram.
So she decided to troll the Islamic Regime and their oppressive mandatory hijab laws in the most epic, hilarious way possible. 😂
Day 34 of #JusticeForOchanya 💔
Another day. Another reminder that we refuse to let Ochanya’s story fade into silence.
This 13-year-old girl from Benue State was sent to live with “family” for schooling and safety. Instead, from the age of 8, she was repeatedly raped by her uncle Andrew Ogbuja and his son Victor Ogbuja.
The years of abuse left her with vesicovaginal fistula (VVF). She suffered in silence, smiled through the pain, and eventually died in October 2018.
Andrew was acquitted by the court in 2022.
Victor remains a fugitive walking free, no sustained manhunt, no fresh wanted notice, no real pressure from the authorities even years later.
The continued silence from @BenuePoliceNG, @benuestategovt, and @PoliceNG is complicity that protects the guilty while Nigerian girls keep paying with their lives.
We demand:
Arrest Victor Ogbuja NOW.
Re-open the full case.
Deliver real justice and systemic change.
Ochanya, your blood still cries out from the ground. We will not rest until justice is served. Every single day we show up for you. Rest in power, beautiful angel. The fight continues.
We are not tired.
We are not forgetting.
We are not stopping. 🙏
To every parent trusting “family” with their daughter’s future — this fight is for you too.
To every girl child still at risk — we see you.

@dammiedammie35 God bless that man for standing up for that little girl
This is how the society gets better not everyone acting like the struggles of another is none of their business
@dammiedammie35 Public pressure should never override due process in child sexual abuse cases. Justice and victim safety are at stake, and more children may be at risk.
@PoliceNG please intervene immediately.
@dammiedammie35 Why is it that in yoruba community, when someone does something bad they will now go and gather people and elders to beg you instead of allowing people to pay for their bad deeds?!
If you don't answer them, they tag you as bad person even worse than the culprit
@dammiedammie35 This woman should be arrested being stupid. Lowlifes like this are major reasons why these pedophiles get away with these acts in these rural communities. This woman is a danger to society.
The officers that even let the swine of a man go should also be sacked and be punished.
"They seized my baby and sliced him in two with a knife.
My second child woke up ... They split his head with a machete."
THIS IS THE REALITY FOR NIGERIAN CHRISTIANS.
When will the world wake up?!
PCOS is a hormonal imbalance where the ovaries are not working normally.
Most women with PCOS spent years being told their symptoms were just stress or just irregular periods. By the time they got diagnosed, the damage was already compounding. Here's what your body was trying to tell you and why ignoring it has a price.
PCOS is a hormonal disorder affecting 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. It is not just about ovarian cysts. It is insulin resistance, androgen excess, and a hormonal disruption that quietly touches your metabolism, skin, fertility and mental health all at once.
How do you actually know if you have it? You need labs and imaging, not guesswork. Ask your doctor to check your androgens, LH/FSH ratio, fasting insulin, AMH and prolactin. A pelvic ultrasound checks for follicle clusters on your ovaries. Diagnosis requires at least 2 of 3 criteria, irregular cycles, elevated androgens or polycystic ovaries. Get the numbers. Don't assume.
Before you even get to a doctor your body is already sending signals. Irregular or skipped periods. Acne that doesn't respond to anything you put on your face. Unexplained weight gain around your stomach. Excess facial or body hair. Hair thinning on your scalp. Dark patches on your neck, armpits or groin. None of this is random and none of it is purely cosmetic.
So many young women miss it because we were taught to normalize suffering. Painful periods are normal. Your skin will clear up. You'll regulate with age. Nobody taught us what a healthy cycle actually looks like so we had no baseline to measure against. By the time the pattern became obvious years of quiet damage had already accumulated.
This is the part nobody says loudly enough. PCOS does not become a real problem when you decide you want to get pregnant. It was already a problem. Pregnancy just reveals how deep it went. Unmanaged PCOS significantly raises your risk of infertility, miscarriage, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia and premature birth. Your future pregnancy is being shaped by decisions you are making right now.
To every young woman reading this at 17, 20, 24. You do not have the luxury of waiting until you want kids to take this seriously. The hormonal environment you build in your 20s is the fertility foundation you carry into your 30s. Insulin resistance does not pause because you are not ready for children yet. Fight it now while the window is still wide open.
The good news is that caught early PCOS is highly manageable. A low glycemic anti-inflammatory diet stabilizes insulin. Resistance training is one of the most powerful tools available to you. Myo-inositol supplementation has strong evidence behind it. Prioritizing sleep matters more than most people realize because cortisol directly worsens androgen excess. Metformin or hormonal therapy may be needed depending on your labs.
But if ignored the compounding is brutal. Insulin resistance progresses to Type 2 diabetes. Chronic inflammation damages your cardiovascular system. The uterine lining builds without shedding and endometrial cancer risk rises. Fertility becomes severely compromised. Depression and anxiety rates are significantly elevated in women with unmanaged PCOS. This is not fear mongering. This is biology doing exactly what it does when signals go unanswered.
Your symptoms are not a personality flaw. They are not something to manage with concealer and painkillers. Get tested. Find a doctor who actually listens. Start managing now and not when you are already trying for a baby. Because by then you will wish you had started today.
Not vibes, not opinions. Just Biochemistry
She was k!dnapped on her way to NYSC camp on Thursday and the abdvctors are demanding a ₦30 million ransom 💔💔
Maybe its high time they scrap NYSC at this point, because this can’t be happening every time and they are not doing anything about it😤😤😤
Heartbreaking images of the Christian genocide in Nigenia. In each coffin are children, fathers, brothers, and friends. But they don't interest any European. There are no Greta Flotillas for them. There are no media!
Dear Nigerians, please help us find the owner of this Vehicle.
He deliberately hit a young man when he was warned not to park in front of their House.
He casually said someone would die, before hitting the guy and speeding off.
Retweet and share. Don’t let him escape Justice.
@BlehisBack To be Frank. 9 to 5 ladies shouldn't be too bothered with cooking during the week, I know what 9 to 5 is doing to my body, and my body feels it carried bags of cement each day.
9 to 5 is crazy
Some are being triggered by #TheHerd on @NetflixNaija for showing our current reality?
The same terrorist attacks I witnessed first hand on my way to Gembu, Taraba during NYSC?
Abeg if you’re part of the few that have sense pls help me RT this poster for everyone to see it! 👀
🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬 If you will be PATIENT and COMPREHEND 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬 then READ.
This year makes it 5 years that I Victoria Orenze have not gone through THE TOLLGATE. I was there physically, i barely made it before we all watched live online the killings with our eyes and yet, it was and has be denied by our politicians and leaders as though what we saw was not real.
My heart bled that year and I made the decision to boycott tollgate until some form of justice is seen. I also refuse to forget in a hurry what happened there, the blood 🩸 that was shed. And for every time I am in traffic that could have been avoided if I took the tollgate, I am reminded to curse evil in my nation🇳🇬, speak against evil with every opportunity I get and pray harder to my GOD to deliver us from unreasonable and wicked politicians and leaders who will never ADMIT ANY TRUTH!
So when I write or speak and say pharaohs don’t know how to let go only GOD delivers from their hands you come and tell me it’s not by prayer or talking, we need to do something.
I ask you:-
What are you doing??
What can you sacrifice?
What can you boycott??
What inconvenience are you willing to go through?
We are too selfish as citizens, for many if we say let’s boycott this or that for some time, if you look back after 3 days you will be the only one standing. They will turn it to tribal nonsense and give a funny reasons why we can’t all just stand together for truth and justice.
For 5 thousand naira, 10 thousand naira, broom and Parker, indomie, car, money, positions(they don’t deserve or are qualified for but are promised) and more, your fellow citizen and comrade will sell you out in a hurry. We can’t go anywhere as a people until we stop our selfishness!!!
That’s why when you come and write nonsense in my comments without comprehension, when you come and tell me it’s not about just speaking or praying, I laugh and I block you.
I am not a suddenly concerned citizen, I have been a concerned n active citizen and servant of GOD for years and I will not stop PRAYING, speaking and acting by denying myself of the comfort of the tollgate for 5yrs and still counting as the LORD helps me.
I cried throughout the night seeing the CAC church live stream and I won’t stop speaking!
GOD has been speaking and warning us for years, but we will not listen, we are quick to turn from GOD!
This is a peculiar situation, a pharaoh kind of situation and only GOD can deliver us out of the hand of pharaohs! And HE will deliver us!
GOD will use men, use the wind, rain, thunder, animals, the earth and everything to fight for us HIS people if we will turn to HIM! and no matter who or what HE uses, HE must take all the glory not any man!
GOD will always first send warnings of judgment ahead to give room for repentance, so HE will be just and you won’t find fault in HIM when HE judges! When we refuse the warnings, we can’t escape the judgment!!
So if you are part of the wicked in Nigeria 🇳🇬 in anyway, shape or form, watch and see your evil end!
I keep praying!
I keep speaking out!
I keep acting!!
You’re a Muslim that smokes, drinks, fornicates, gambles, etc but you’re angry at music videos in a mosque🤣
Reminds me of when some Hausa Muslims went to a brothel to patronize a prostitute, then beat her to death cos they found Quran under her pillow.
‘Selective holiness’🤡
