Improving an autistic child’s #motorskills early in life may provide a better foundation for improving other areas, such as social communicative skills, language, and adaptive behavior. At #TAFI we provide the children with activities thats improves their motor skills.
Outdoor activities can have a range of benefits for children with #autism. At #TAFI Autism School we carry out excursion activities with a purpose of allow the children to relax and get rid of their usual routine that could sometimes bore them by not offering enough stimulation

Caregiving is a tough job especialy to children with special needs. We can’t forget the people who lovingly give baths, clean and care for our #Autism children.This friday we shall have a workshop with #Parents and #caregivers and get an insight on how they can have self-care.
@RobertAlai Maintaining personal hygiene can be problematic for someone with autism. AT TAFI we assist them to learn the activities of daily living i.e. A shower, brush their teeth, wash their clothes etc. (ADLs).

At #TAFI we use #Autism gardening therapy to help children with their communication skills. Gardening is a physical activity involving the use of the hands; therefore, it doesn’t require much in the way of verbal skills.

Melon is the ‘birthday cake’ at TAFI Autism School and sometimes to avoid sugar on birthday cakes, we give the children bio yoghurt to celebrate a birthday.
