@Miminiimi im fully on board with what ur saying. im not against that idea of tutorials, but i feel like there's a lot of them and all of them share a different opinion which makes it difficult to determine which info to take in and which to rule out.
@folkloristico yeah he's really good! ive been following his 50 exercises thingy, and as embarrassing as this may sound, im somehow stuck in the first one 😵💫
@its_just_patt it's a common theme in art tutorials / tips (etc.) methinks. kinda concerning sometimes. i think im at a point where im just like "im good", yknow?
@Inekel_youtuber i mean yeah tutorials aren't meant to tell you how to do it like super accurately, they're meant to give you an idea of how things work... but even that doesn't help anymore because like you said, everyone knows about it already.
and yes books are better!!
@Zifer_art for sure. but overall i feel like art tutorials are very weak, you are going to find thousands of videos of the same topic but with a slight variation, as in: "drawing boxes will help you understand this!", "drawing boxes is optional!", etc. this can confuse beginners imo.
@meowytheartist the thing with art tutorials now is that they make you feel that you will never be good unless you do whatever they tell you to do word for word you know? obviously i dont mean to overexaggerate it but yeah
Feliz aniversario a #yume2kki!! Espero que qxy, moriwo, wataru, PGray y demás autores sigan actualizando este hermoso juego
