70वीं बीपीएसी:

2027 कुल चयनित अभ्यर्थी।
333 अभ्यर्थी अन्य राज्यों के, कुल 16.43% बाहरी राज्यों ���े।

यूपीपीएससी 2024:

932 कुल चयनित अभ्यर्थी।
68 अभ्यर्थी अन्य राज्यों के, कुल 7.3% बाहरी राज्यों के।

यूपीपीएससी में सीटें अधिक होती तो वहां भी अन्य राज्यों के अभ्यर्थियों का चयन अधिक होता।

लेकिन मूल समस्या जो अभ्यर्थियों ने बताया है वो ये है कि, BPSC ने अब बिहार से जुड़े प्रश्न पूछने बहुत कम कर दिए हैं। और ��ंटरव्यू में सेटिंग तो चलती ही है वो हम पहले ही बता दिए। ये सब भी कारण है कि 333 अन्य राज्यों के सफल हुए हैं।

लोग साल में, कुछ हजार सरकारी नौकरी के लिए डोमिसाइल जैसी नीति लागू करने बोल रहे हैं। लेकिन किसी को ये नहीं पड़ी की राज्य के लाखों प्राइवेट जॉब कहाँ हैं? सरकारी नौकरी का रोग बिहार के युवाओं को बर्बाद ही कर रहा है।

As we can see the first name, she got 1229 in Written but only 60 in Interview. Have you seen such interview marks anywhere?

Interview is a structural barrier used against SC,ST,OBCs everywhere. Reducing the weightage of Interviews, making it faceless, nameless or even removing the interviews at all levels should be our demand.

UPSC cutoffs
Two observations: Prelims general cutoff is 92.66, which is higher than what many coaching institutes were predicting.
Cutoff for EWS is lower than that of OBC, which has almost become a trend.

Overall, around 15% of people have nearly 50% reservation, whereas OBCs and Dalits have been limited within 50%.

This has happened inspite of number of students getting selected is much higher in OBCs compared to EWS.

There is hardly any difference among all the categories. Cutoff is the marks got by the last guy in that category.

So if you go to IAS, IPS, IFS, there is hardly any difference between General and Reserved candidates.
