@SillyWorkMedia @REWoman By "meaningful uptrend," do you mean another global crisis? Because that's what we've had for the past 5-7 years. Speculators, realtors, developers, investors and a Global health scare artificially inflated prices to historic highs. That isn't a normal "trend."

Industry members, like suppliers, realtors and builders, artificially inflating prices for their own profits doesn't actually increase value in homes!!

@ShaziGoalie What's funny about this is that we knew it was happening. Why tackle this now when we've allowed AirBnB and REITs to destroy our housing market for years? Why allow banks to offer multiple mortgages by using HELOCs or mortgaging other properties? It's all corrupt and broken.
