Here are some comparison tests between 16” MacBook Pro and 2019 MacPro. These are real world for me, not geekbench comparison. Test 1 50% speed with Optical Flow. Test 2 HEVC clip to ProRes export. Test 3 Neat Video noise reduction. Test 4 ProRes clip export.
