@pizzahutdeliver I don’t want to be that aggro woman who takes to twitter to complain. But here we are. A few weeks back I experienced an over 3.5 hour wait for my delivery with NO comms from store. I also couldn’t speak to them, as they kept hanging up (continued)

(When) when the order did arrive. It wasn’t mine. And the driver had to return to store and get the right one. What was anticipated to be a 45 min wait. Was 4 hours! I made a complaint online and was offered a £10 voucher, off an order that’s always about £35 (continued)

I thought I should have received a full refund to be honest, but I accepted. Only to find out that you can’t use the voucher with any existing deals.
So if I want to use this ‘gesture of goodwill) I have to pay more than everyone else for my order! Could it get any worse??
