🚨 Disappointed with @SamsungIndia & @Flipkart.
I purchased the ₹999 Samsung Galaxy Pre-Reserve Pass on Flipkart to buy the new Galaxy Watch. But the experience has been frustrating. 🧵
I waited for the Galaxy Unpacked launch and the sale to go live.

@SamsungIndia @Flipkart The product page clearly says:
"If the voucher is not utilized, the ₹999 pre-reserve amount will be automatically refunded."
But support couldn't even confirm this.

Hoping for a resolution.
