My year end orange bars. Key lessons I’ve learned:

Profit over everything, I chased the orange bars early and it ruined my cash flow when I couldn’t sell thru on time

Increasing my ASP helped out so much since there was less volume to manage while still maintaining profits.

These past 2 months ive gained a new perspective on the different paths in front of me

FBA has been good but with the turbulence going around, slow growth is key

I just signed an offer to be an AM and will now be focusing more on B2B tech sales.

Forgot to take a sc yesterday so here’s the last 30 lol. Overall busy af month closing out Q2 at the 9-5 which resulted in a slower month on amz than May. I really need to break this ~30k-35k range im stuck in

Onwards to Q3/BTS to where i can hopefully break out to 50k months!

My initial buys are now usually a month’s worth at least.

I learned sometimes you’ll see the ASIN go out of stock, discounts ending, original price increasing, etc. If everything lines up, i gotta buy as many as i can

While there are some cases where it makes sense, in most cases a test buy is a complete waste of time.

Read the chart, understand the velocity, competition, where market is going and then make your buy.

My first year I made basically nothing, second year a little bit more, now on my 3rd year is where I’m finally seeing those bigger checks.

It takes time especially if you cant put all of your focus into it immediately (9-5s, family, school etc)

First year selling on Amazon I did like $100k in sales and made nearly no money.

5 years later we have 6 figure weeks

In another 5 we want 6 figure days

$2k spent on some test buys and replens so far after only an hour of work. The beginning of my cc’s billing statement is always the best time for my bigger spend days

What an insane May. I had a mid-month goal to reach $7500 in gross profits and SMASHED it.

Both my highest revenue and profits month. Slowing the volume and focusing on profits only has really turned my biz in the right direction. Hoping for a better June! ✅✅
