The top of this cobbler may look like mini marshmallows, but it's chunks of cream cheese. I found a recipe for pineapple cream cheese cobbler and when it cools we'll find out if it was worth the effort (which was minimal). The crunchy edges are calling me!

@FosterGrant_ You'd think it would, but whole milk has a freezing point of 31F so I guess that helps it. Also, all my other dairy is on the bottom shelf (where this reading was taken) bit I only buy full-fat. Top shelf is about 34F.

There's been a food truck run by 2 Cuban ladies that has been killing it all over town for a few years. They finally opened a restaurant and we checked it out. Fantastic Cubanos! Can't wait to try more.
