About fifty percent through my final read-through of AMotM and taking a break to see what it looks like on my Primaterre shelf. Yes, it's another big one!
@CThelx Thank you, I really appreciate it!
Also, I actually wrote my first bit of new Cassimer content in a while just the other day, so we'll be seeing more of him soon.
The final read-through begins.
A Murderer on the Moon will be ready for publication soon, and I am super excited! I really love this book (I hope you will, too! :)
@CThelx Thank you! It means the world to me that Cassimer helped, and you connected with him.
He's close to my heart and the reason I wrote Iron Truth, the premise being: "What if there were a character who struggles with the same things I do, except he's a seven-foot space soldier?" :)
A shorter version of this interview is now available at https://t.co/MAxcsAjLvg!
With thanks to @SpotlightIndie_ , it was a really fun interview with some great questions!
In this interview I talk about snake charmers, the number 1 mistake you can make as a writer (you can find it in this very sentence, haha), the inimitable work of Steve Hugh Westenra, and my own upcoming SF detective novel!
A sneak peek at the back cover and blurb for A Murderer on the Moon! Detective Grace Telluride returns to solve a murder on Phobos.

If you like SFF with intense action, love and loyalty above all, and defiance against overwhelming odds... it's a good weekend to start the Primaterre series! :)

Check out these great SFF titles, and find out why they filled me with joy last year.
What were your favourites?
@TimHardieAuthor Scuttler's Cove sounds so good, it's now on my TBR, too. :) Thanks for the recommendations and the mention - I hope you enjoy Lonely Castles!
At the start of another year, these are the books l'm planning to read in 2026. I'm a bit of a mood reader so I'm sure other titles will make an appearance throughout the year, but I'm going to make a special effort to pick up these.

Iron Truth is .99 worldwide, along with 600+ other books.
I grabbed Oksy, Come Home by @fantasticphil - and highly recommend the books by @AKMBeach, @HelynaLC , and Steve Hugh Westenra!
Today is the first day in nearly two years that I've not worked on this novel - it's finally finished!
...well, okay, there's one more edit pass once I have a proof, but for now the next Grace Telluride mystery is in the hands of my cover artist/typesetter. It's pretty big!
I had to hold on to this one until unveiling day, but I got awesome bookmail from my Secret Santa on my book club Discord. Thank you so much - a fantastic first book, and a book-of-the-year contender follow-up! 🥂🔥
