God, family, country. Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? I would donate my body to medicine, but they seem to be treating it like they own it already. Molon Labe
I'm taking a break from the market this morning to address what is truly important. Regardless of your feelings about American soldiers abroad, we have many of them. We need to remember them and support their families now and thank them and support them when they come home. So, please take a few minutes today to pray, meditate, send positive energy into the universe, however you 'root' for people in need. Please do that for them. The world is a better place because of a stronger America, and these people who willingly leave home to protect us are the epitome of American strength. Our planes, tanks, missiles and bombs are important, but the key is the will and commitment of the individual American military member. I thank God for every one of them and I hope you do as well. #REDFriday
@thomas_garrard I got to hear her sing it live once. Truly amazing. I love the song, both for the patriotic and vigilante aspect. Good men have nothing to fear.
@TheBigMoneyShow@RiggsReport@dagenmcdowell@BrianBrenberg@JackieDeAngelis I love @dagenmcdwell. She makes me smile when she goes off on the national debt. But I think we need to put a blood pressure cuff on her and have a widget on the bottom of the screen that shows her BP in real time when she gets going. Can we get the DMBP real time indicator?
@InternetH0F There are enough legit examples out there to not fall prey to this crap. Chuck Norris was my hero, but Superfoot would have made quick work of him in full contact. Good movie, though.
There was a time when men didn’t need to be complicated to be respected. They just needed to be strong, disciplined, and capable.
That’s what Chuck Norris represented.
Before the memes, before the jokes, he was the real thing. A legit martial artist. Air Force veteran. World champion. A man who built himself through discipline and carried that into everything he did.
Then came Walker, Texas Ranger.
I grew up watching that with my dad. Sitting there, seeing a man who stood for something. Justice. Strength. Doing the right thing even when it wasn’t easy. No whining. No excuses. Just action.
That mattered more than we realized at the time.
Chuck Norris wasn’t just playing a role. He embodied a code. You handle your business. You protect people. You stay in shape. You don’t fold under pressure.
And yeah, the world turned him into a legend in a different way too.
“Chuck Norris doesn’t do push-ups. He pushes the earth down.”
Those jokes stuck because they felt believable. Not literally. But symbolically. He represented a level of toughness people respected and wanted to emulate.
That’s why people loved him.
Not because he was perfect. But because he stood for something solid in a world that’s gotten a lot softer.
For a lot of us, he wasn’t just a TV character.
He was part of growing up.
Chuck Norris and his wife Gina were true 🇺🇸Patriots and this may be one of the most important messages he ever left us with.
His words ring true now more than ever. ❤️
