The driver got 6 penalty points and £100 fine, I got half my bones broken + 7 weeks in hospital 🤔

Please Help! I found this picture in the Aldi car park .
On the back it reads, “Mum and Dad, 1955”.
I would love to return it to its owner.
Maybe if we all share it, we can find the owner.I think it may have been dropped by a young man in a silver car wearing a red body warmer.
