START SMALL.
Getting started is the hardest part.
Master the art of showing up and the rest will take care of it’s self.
“I need to get in shape” becomes “I need to put on my gym clothes.”
It may seem silly, but it works.
Unreasonable Temptations.
Junk food, hard liquor, video games, porn, social media…
My advice - treat these “supernatural stimuli” as the powerful drugs they are and use sparingly.

People.
It’s time to stop using winter as an excuse to be lazy!
It comes every year. It’s not that bad.
Take some vitamin D, put a hat on, and go to the gym. 💪
Fat + protein in the a.m.
Carbs + protein in the p.m.
Not the perfect formula for everyone, but it’s good for balancing energy.
For weight loss - AVOID eating sugar and fat together.
Clarity over Motivation
——
Goals must be Clear.
Try this simple formula:
“I will [BEHAVIOR] at [TIME] in [LOCATION].
“Many people think they lack motivation when what they really lack is clarity.” @JamesClear
Health Is Not The Goal
——
Health is the fuel.
Fuel to better your self and those around you.
And if good health is the fuel,
poor health is an anchor.
Lift the anchor.
My top three hacks for a bad mood.
1. Exercise
2. Nature
3. Music
I know everything sounds annoying when you’re in a bad mood, but I promise these three are tried and true.
Bonus tip: stand-up comedy 👌
What is food for?
——
Food is for fuel, not for pleasure.
Fuel to improve your health, family, community, and work.
When you stop using food as a drug, you will feel SUPERHUMAN energy, clarity, and motivation.
Slooow Down.
Don't rush a hard workout, relish in it.
Don't rush a nutritious meal, savor it.
Don't rush through your life, enjoy it.
Enjoy the process. Enjoy the struggle.
"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop to look around once in a while, you could miss it." -FB
Experience is King.
The only way to truly learn is by DOING.
Stop reading about cold plunges, superfoods, and the “best” workouts.
Just do it.

Battling with back pain?
Ask yourself these two questions:
1. How often do you bend forward or sit?
2. How often do you bend backward?
If the answers aren’t roughly the same, now you know why you have back pain.
