We challenged the long-standing diffraction limit and optically resolved super small structures.
Results now out in Nature Physics.
Obviously, this eradicates time information and any hope to observe dynamics. We solved this problem and observed multiple dyes at the same time. This not only challenges textbook knowledge, but implies interesting applications for dynamic structural biology.

Sometimes less is more. We have found a way of diffraction-unlimited observation of (moving) point scatterers. It does not require “switching” them on/off!
