@anymanfitness This is why I have little faith in what a physio says to me. I've recently had an appointment with a physiotherapist regarding tennis elbow, and they have prescribed ice and various stretches/strengthening exercises. And now I'm reading this and it seems like good advice! UK ftr

@RishiSunak I've noticed, in the past few years, a surge of irresponsible/entitled dog owners scourging the country. I go for a run in the morning and the pavements/promenade smells of dog piss and shit; it's disgusting. Dogs off leads when they shouldn't be, don't get me started on that!
