Trump: "They're dumb, the Dumocrats. When I watch that, where one of them thought it was' World War 11.' She said 'World War 11." She meant World War II.
Trump: "2 Corinthians."
Paxton’s lawsuit threat was so unbelievably stupid it actually saved college football on accident by making Texas Tech actually have to defend themselves in court and they balked lmao
"When Trump says that he’s leading us on an excursion, that he’s obliterated the enemy’s weapons, that the excursion is complete, and that it will end with a surrender, it’s natural to think these terms mean what they used to mean. They don’t."

Using military lawyers to prosecute or adjudicate cases because civilian lawyers are resigning over ethical or legal concerns crosses a line. That is the kindest, most restrained way to put it. ICYMI @MarkHertling:

This is absolutely not true.
Simply possessing a firearm does not justify lethal of force. Someone has to signal they will use the weapon in a way that is a threat to law enforcement in order to justify such a use of force.
Clearer image shows that the firearm removed from the scuffle by an agent prior to the shooting in Minneapolis was almost definitely the victim’s Sig P320, meaning he was unarmed when shot by agents with Border Patrol and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE).
