$HLP just looking at $SMX they are short so many they still are paying $30-40 for a trash stock after the run to $500 they still cant cover

Notable headline today:
“The Trump administration is drafting a ban on imports of foreign energy inverters.”
Outside of the obvious solar winners like $ENPH, this bodes well for companies like $FLNC and others as battery and energy storage is clearly becoming a grid security story.
Inverters connect solar projects and batteries to the grid so if the U.S. starts moving away from foreign grid connected hardware, domestic energy infrastructure names become more important.
Grid security is going to be key, America doesn’t want to be reliant on other countries for their AI dependent energy needs.
Fluence is the second best BESS play in the market outside of $TSLA. Also full stack hardware + software.
Two confirmed hyperscaler deals (Amazon and Google? Names not confirmed yet but the potential customer list is small when you say hyperscaler) + an Nvidia partnership for their Rubin platform (Nvidia is very selective when it comes to partners).
Not to mention the $6B backlog and $2.5B TTM revenue with just a $2.5B market cap.
Other players like $EOSE $NRGV are interesting as well, battery and energy storage seems like it could become a major theme at some point.
