Umm.. I would disagree. God was pretty straightforward when He said not to go beyond what He had commanded:

• Deuteronomy 4:2: “You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you.”

• Deuteronomy 12:32: “Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it.”

• Proverbs 30:5–6: “Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar.”

• 1 Corinthians 4:6: “I have applied all these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, brothers, that you may learn by us not to go beyond what is written…”

• Revelation 22:18–19: “I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.”

• Mark 7:7–13 (Jesus quoting Isaiah): “…in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men… You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men… thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down.”

• Galatians 1:8–9: “But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.”

Scripture is pretty clear: this is the Word of God. Do not go beyond it. And while tradition is not prohibited, it cannot contradict what IS written.

Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead because he was dead brought his soul back to his body.

The Bible literally says when the body and soul are separated you are dead.

No joker you’re trying to justify praying to dead people so thats where we don’t agree you have given no scripture that says anything about praying to saints. Yall just base it off your feelings no biblical truth and bend and misinterpret the scriptures.

The fact that I can point to scripture about Jesus being the Sole Mediator between us and God yes that is also meaning your word of Intersession.

Yall want to try to gaslight and dodge straight up biblical truth.
