I am unbelievably proud of this young man! After medical issues and bad luck almost derailed his HS career, it would have been easy for Matthew to give up. He didn’t, and as a result his resume now includes:

Matthew Tolman took the lead with one lap to go and used a blazing finishing kick to held off an incredible field (5th was 4:26 🤯) and claim the 1600m victory in 4:23 🥇

Tyler Burns continued his breakout junior season with a victory in the 3200🥇 After a slow first mile, T-Burns pushed the pace and came away with the title and a new PR of 9:38!
